IIGL Are Great British Entrepreneur Awards Finalists

Setting up a business in a traditional market like insurance can be a daunting task but one company, Incorporated Insurance Group Limited (IIGL), seem to have outperformed their peers as they announce this week that they have been judged as finalists in the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Mike Smith, CEO of IIGL, commented ‘We set up the business to breathe some ‘fresh air’ into the traditional tired insurance model and are delighted to see that this has been recognised by the judges of this multi-industry event’.

To look at why they think they have been selected, we spoke to Lyndsey Thompson, Head of Operations at IIGL, ‘Great service is a core part of our proposition, we pride ourselves on our same day service on documents and on delivering a professional customer journey. From training brokers on how to get the most out of our online systems; to helping them with marketing materials so that they can win and retain clients, we go all out to support our loyal brokers.’

Dean Surridge, Head of Construction, added ‘Along with great service, we also have very supportive  capacity who have worked with us on quality risks to provide one of the widest policy wordings on the market at very competitive rates; allowing broker the ability to win new business and keep their renewals’.

Mike Smith summed up ‘It’s been a great year for IIGL. The whole team has worked hard to make our vision a reality so winning the Great British Entrepreneur Award would be a fantastic result and testament to what the team have achieved’.

It’s fantastic to see Great British businesses flourishing in this economic climate so let’s hope they do well at the event to be held on the 19th November!
