We are delighted to announce the recruitment of Paul Marden, previously Head of Marketing at AmTrust @ Lloyd’s, as Regional Development Manager to further develop your and other brokers accounts with IIGL in the south.
As you know, we have developed a number of tools that provide you with the ability to win business which has led to increased demand for our services. One of our key offerings is market exclusivity for brokers in each region. By providing you with exclusivity, you can actively promote our products on an exclusive basis without the worry that a competitor can undermine your work and pick up your terms. Working together to target cases involves a lot of joint marketing to targeted trades, where we work together to win business and then build in processes that make sure they renew. As a result, our renewal retention has not fallen below 95% in the last two years. However, working so closely with brokers to develop businesses means that we have to bring quality people on board so we are delighted that Paul has agreed to join us.
